Another teenager with a gun dies...where were his parents?

"Darryl Ross, 16, died at a hospital after getting shot by two drug enforcement officers shortly after 11:30 p.m., according to police.
The encounter occurred after the officers saw a group of people with firearms outside of a gas station, according to authorities, who say Ross attempted to run away.
Police say Ross tripped, dropped a pistol and reached for it. The two officers — one of whom is white and one of whom is Black — then shot Ross."
