President Joe Biden appeared to get frustrated with a reporter during a press conference Thursday at the G-7, accusing him of failing to “play by the rules” when he asked a question about the ongoing war between Israel and Hamas. Coming amid a series of video clips — many of which showcased Biden’s apparent confusion in several situations as he and other world leaders met in Italy — was one from Biden taking questions at a rare press conference.
