It has been reported that prolific actor Donald Sutherland has died at the age of 88 after a long battle with an undisclosed illness. Sutherland was known for starring in films like The Dirty Dozen, MASH, Klute, Animal House, Ordinary People, Pride & Prejudice, and The Hunger Games franchise and also won an Emmy for his role in Citizen X. The 2017 Honorary Oscar awardee is the father of Kiefer Sutherland, celebrated for his performances in 24 and Designated Survivor, as well as Roeg Sutherland, a seasoned executive at CAA Media Finance.
