Skinny Puppy was formed in 1982 in Vancouver, British Columbia, by cEvin Key (Kevin Crompton) and Nivek Ogre (Kevin Ogilvie). The band is known for its dark, complex, and layered soundscapes, combining elements of industrial, electronic, and experimental music. Over the years, Skinny Puppy has released a total of twelve studio albums, starting with their debut Remission in 1984 and their most recent album Weapon in 2013. They have also put out several live albums, including Ain’t It Dead Yet?
