In a previous video, I made marshmallows from the weird liquid that chickpeas are packaged in. The marshmallows are a sweetener and a creamy frothing agent all rolled into one. Add a freeze dried aquafaba marshmallow while making your morning coffee and it will dissolve in 30 seconds. Whip it with a coffee frother and you've got a sweetened, frothy coffee quick!
