VIDEO BY UTL Note how DANGEROUSLY this vehicle has been parked - partially covering the footpath. What if a child was riding his or her bicycle and was forced on to the road because of the way that this POLICE CAR was parked?? Maybe they have a permit to park this way but IMO it's BREAKING THE LAW hence ILLEGAL because it's DANGEROUS!!! Remember - the Queensland Police are legally a registered CORPORATION. So this begs the question - does a company have special rights to do that? COMMENTS BELOW ON THE LEGALITIES OF THIS PPEASE?
