William Butcher is missing from Philadelphia

"Mr. Butcher’s son last saw him at his residence at approximately 12 am today, July 3, 2023.
Butcher is 75 years old, 5′ 8″, 184 lbs., thin build, with brown eyes and grey hair. The last time he was seen, he was wearing a black US Army Vet cap, a green and white plaid jacket, and black sweatpants."
