The zombie game I'm most excited about at the moment is State of Decay 3. The first two games find the perfect balance between survival, exploration, and base building in a way few other games do. State of Decay 2 even had years of free updates, making it one of the most supported games the genre has ever seen. That's all come to an end now, though, so all we can do is wait for the sequel.
