At least 10 people were killed and at least 35 injured in New Orleans after police said a person intentionally drove a pickup truck into a crowd on Bourbon Street during New Year's celebrations. The driver was identified as Shamsud Din Jabbar, a U.S. citizen born in Texas. He had an ISIS flag on the back of the truck. The FBI said it is working to determine Jabbar potential associations and affiliations with terrorist organizations.
