On 1/12/2024 I posted a video outlining Russ v. N. Am. Rescue, LLC, a civil lawsuit brought against North American Rescue, C-A-T Resources LLC and Henry Schein, by direct competitors to NAR, alleging that CAT TQs were manufactured in China, shipped to the US, and sold as Berry compliant to the DoD. If this were true it would be a HUGE deal (but it’s not). First and foremost I would like to apologize for not digging a tad deeper and verifying my source was complete and accurate. Unbenounced to me, the case was dismissed on November 1st 2024 with prejudice and the federal government refused to prosecute the case with the plaintiffs (which paints a strong picture of NARs innocence). As both a professional and a content creator with such a large audience, it is my responsibility to ensure the information I am putting out is accurate and complete. @Narescue01
