Rule #4 Running water from a spigot is okay as long as you don't own the spigot and don't get caught taking the water. Rule #5 You must collect two quarts of water per participant. Rule #6 You must bring your water back to your domicile while keeping it concealed. Rule #7 You must filter or boil the water, if necessary, and you cannot use your gas or electric appliances unless it would work in a grid down scenario.
