News Daredevil: Born Again Daredevil: Born Again Trailer Is Not Entirely Unpleasant to Watch Grace/Retribution cage match incoming. By Vanessa Armstrong | Published on January 15, 2025 Courtesy of Marvel Television Comment 0 Share New Share Courtesy of Marvel Television We have a full trailer for the upcoming Marvel Cinematic Universe series Daredevil: Born Again. It is, in short, compelling. And it is, using a few more words, a confirmation that this Disney+ series is going to be violent, dark, and centered on Kingpin (Vincent D’Onofrio), now mayor, and Daredevil (Charlie Cox), now trying to move on from his vigilante ways, grappling with the inherent power they have and how they wield it. We also get shots of other returning characters, including The Punisher (Jon Bernthal), Foggy (Elden Henson), and Karen (Deborah Ann Woll), which is pretty great. And we get a glimpse of one of the villains of the series—Muse, a character from the comics who chooses to maim, torture and kill people in his quest to create art. As Reactor editor Leah Schnelbach said after watching the trailer, this is the closest we might get to the Daredevil/Hannibal crossover we know more than a few of you want.  [ed note: I DID IN FACT SAY THAT I AM SLIGHTLY EXCITED] Here’s the synopsis for the season: In Daredevil: Born Again, Murdock, a blind lawyer with heightened abilities, is fighting for justice through his bustling law firm, while former mob boss Wilson Fisk pursues his own political endeavors in New York. In addition to the actors mentioned above, the show stars Margarita Levieva, Wilson Bethel, Zabryna Guevara, Nikki M. James, Genneya Walton, Arty Froushan, Clark Johnson, Michael Gandolfini, and Ayelet Zurer. Dario Scardapane is showrunner. Episodes are directed by Justin Benson & Aaron Moorhead, Michael Cuesta, Jeffrey Nachmanoff, and David Boyd. Daredevil: Born Again premieres on Disney+ on March 4, 2025, at 6 p.m. PT/9 p.m. ET.
