Celine Dion met her future husband, René Angélil, in 1980 when she was just 12 years old. They began working together professionally, and their relationship eventually turned romantic when she was 19 and he was 43. Despite their age difference, and perhaps an unconventional love story, the pair married in 1994. Together, they shared a happy life and eventually had three sons. Celine gave birth to René-Charles Angélil in January 2001. Nearly 10 years later, she welcomed twin boys, Nelson and Eddy Angélil, in October 2010. The couple adored their sons, but sadly, René did not have the chance to watch them grow. He died from throat cancer in 2016 at age 73.
