UTL COMMENT:- I agree with what she says.... That said it's the corruption amongst her own people that have allowed this to happen... I once went to nearby Ivory Coast and it was falling apart - you could see evidence of the glorious colonial past....when things would have been run better... Development is a balance between foreign expertise and local labour...I agree the country needs to benefit more from this....otherwise their poverty drives more economic refugees to our countries!!
