WROL or Without Rule of Law is a concept that I learned about from @nutnfancy originally. However, I've evaluated the concept for years and I think I was prepping for it with the wrong mindset. So here's what I learned. Without rule of law obviously conveys the idea that law enforcement or the current body of authority ceases to exist. Life becomes more dangerous and people are no longer held accountable for the actions. Right?
