Jason & Brittany Aldean Address Trolls Who Criticized Her For Sharing Clothing Haul: “Some People Are Just So Hateful”
Addressing the haters.
Jason Aldean’s wife, Brittany, received some backlash on an Instagram post this week, where she showed off some packages of clothes she got from her stylist in LA. She showed herself pulling the delivery in off the porch, then explained how the process worked while she unpacked and looked through everything.
She shared the video with the caption:
“Working with an LA stylist while living in Nashville… Let’s not talk about the shipping bill.”

Honestly, most of the comments seemed pretty nice, but there were some fans who either left comments or messaged her about the video, saying that it came across as out of touch when so many are struggling right now to make ends meet:
“Who in the world needs that many clothes?”
“I can’t imagine.”
“All outfits are hideous!!!”
“Why do you need a stylist?”
“Meanwhile we are all dreaming of all this $$$.”
“Let’s not talk about the landfill.”
There were several other likes that, and Brittany took time earlier today to address the comments that were left and the intention of the video on her Instagram stories, and she was joined by Jason, telling fans she just though some of them would be interested in the process of having a stylist and what she picked out:
“I just wanted to hop on here and talk to you guys about the reel that I posted yesterday, which was basically having a stylist from L.A. and then living in Nashville, and I was showing you guys the behind the scenes of that whole process, which, a lot goes into that, and I just know what I like to watch on other people’s pages.
And so a lot of times, I think that you guys are interested and a lot of you I know are, but there’s some people that are just so hateful in everything, and I don’t know. I guess I’m just so busy in life that I don’t have time to hate on people like that. It’s just not my personality either.”
Jason chimed in and pointed out how a lot of people like to come on their pages and say “stupid sh*t,” encouraging his wife to keep posting whatever she wants:
“But ultimately, it’s your page and you show your life, our life, what we do, and if people like it, that’s cool. There’s a lot of you guys out there that are supportive and cool and then there’s also a fraction of people out there who are just a–holes and say like the most inappropriate, stupid sh*t.”
Brittany continued:
“First and foremost, I just wanna say thank you to all the people that are so sweet, and cool, and are always supportive, and come to the page and just comment nice things. Or, you know, not at all, which is still fine. But the people that need to announce their departure, or say things like, just rude things, it’s just so unnecessary.”
Jason joked that he’s used to it because people love to tell him how much they dislike his music, and reminded her that you have to just take it for “what it’s worth”:
“Listen, babe there are some haters out there… they even say crazy sh*t like, ‘Jason, man, your new album sucks and stuff like that.’ Crazy stuff. So you just know they’re out there, you just have to take it for what it’s worth. Miserable people, but we got some cool ones, thank you guys.”
I mean, I don’t think it’s the first time she’s shared her outfits and jewelry on Instagram, she clearly makes money as an influencer, but it is social media and people will always find something negative to say, unfortunately. The post Jason & Brittany Aldean Address Trolls Who Criticized Her For Sharing Clothing Haul: “Some People Are Just So Hateful” first appeared on Whiskey Riff.
