In reply to Glend CHERYL. Hello there, as mentioned in the article, red-tail hawks tend to be too small to regularly attack adult cats. However, they could try to attack and carry away any small cats or kittens, especially when hungry. Therefore your adult cat should be fairly safe, but you should watch out for your kittens.
