Jashanpreet Singh, 21, is an illegal alien from India. In California, illegals are able to obtain CDL drivers licenses even if they can’t speak English or read highway signs. Singh ploughed his semi through slowed traffic, smashing eight vehicles, injuring 4 and killing 3.  It’s just the latest in the travesty of California’s defiance of anything Trump after the administration attempted to ban foreigners from obtaining CDLs. There have been several recent examples of illegal aliens causing deaths and damage.

Singh was charged with vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, and driving under the influence of drugs. He was given a work permit by the Biden administration. But he was given a CDL by the state of California. Now three more people are dead from leftists like Gavin Newsom.

The crash occurred on the 10 Freeway in Ontario on October 21, when Singh’s semi-truck reportedly slammed into slowed traffic, triggering an eight-vehicle pileup that involved four commercial trucks.

Dashboard camera footage obtained by ABC7 shows the truck striking a car in front of it before continuing into several other vehicles, including another truck. Flames are visible at the edge of the frame as one of the passenger cars catches fire…

Singh was driving a speeding semi-truck and failed to apply the brakes before crashing into slow-moving traffic stuck in congestion, according to the California Highway Patrol.

He had been encountered by U.S. Border Patrol in California’s El Centro Sector after entering the country illegally in March 2022. He was then released under what authorities described as “alternatives to detention” while his immigration case proceeded, according to Fox News.” Newsweek

Democrats opened the border wide and issued work permits. California gave the man a driver’s license that created havoc and death. Analysts say there may be up to 60,000 illegals with these CDLs.  Thanks, Democrats.
