After Fani Willis was disqualified from the cases against President Trump and supporters, the new Georgia prosecutor has dismissed the charges.

“This entire case, from the initiation of the District Attorney’s investigation in 2021 to the present, is without precedent…In my professional opinion, the citizens of Georgia are not served by pursuing this case in full for another five to ten years…there are constitutional questions and the Supremacy Clause to immunity, jurisdiction, venue, speedy-trial concerns, and access to federal records.” Georgia prosecutor Pete Skandalakis in dismissal papers filed on Wednesday.

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee signed the order, stating, “The State having moved for an entry of nolle prosequi for all remaining defendants, the Court grants the motion. This case is hereby dismissed in its entirety.”

Fani Willis launched the cases against President Trump and 18 others for election racketeering and attempting to interfere in the election. The adulterous relationship with her colleague Nathan Wade the “special prosecutor” that she appointed to the case ultimately sank her plans to destroy Trump.

The Georgia prosecutor stated that separating all defendants for separate trials would be unduly expensive and “illogical”. RICO charges are notoriously hard to prove, but that didn’t deter Fani Willis. Her mission was to destroy Donald Trump…even to having him arrested.
