Senator Patty Murray (D-WA) has terminal TDS, and this time claimed “Jose” (whoever that is) just an ordinary “family man” was run over by an ICE vehicle. She demanded ICE release him from custody so he could get medical care.

ICE should not be free to inflict this kind of pain and suffering on innocent immigrants. This doesn’t make anyone safer.

Here are the facts from Tricia McLaughlin, Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security:

No. ICE did NOT run over this illegal alien’s leg. Pure theatre. No Injury.

After ICE officers applied wrist restraints, Paniagua launched into an Oscar-level performance, dramatically screaming while officers simply moved his vehicle off the roadway.

He walked around normally immediately after without issue and received a full medical evaluation including multiple X rays that showed ZERO fractures, dislocations or injur[i]es.

I personally watched the tape of this situation before Murray started her babbling. The vehicle did not run over “Jose”. It appeared that he started screaming after moving his foot near the tire on the ICE vehicle. Tricia is right – it was theater.

So…Patty Murray should have a pile of ‘egg on her face’. But in true Democrat stupidity, she also bitched a couple of days ago about an illegal that she said was “mauled” by an ICE dog and “violently dragged away” by ICE agents. She demanded he be released immediately. Hint to Sen Murray: that’s what the dogs are trained to do. Bite the crap out of the bad guys until they surrender and the handler calls them off. Good doggy!

Murray wrote about Wilmer Toledomartinez:

My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away. I am calling for Wilmer’s immediate release from NWIPC—he has NO criminal convictions, he poses no threat to the community, and he urgently needs appropriate medical care since ICE is denying him the treatment he requires.

The whole “dad” routine is stupid. And as to the claim that he “has no criminal record,” she’s full of it. She tries to sell the idea that these men are her “constituents.” Which is ludicrous. The truth about Wilmer Toledomartinez is that the ‘poor baby’ has charges for delivery of heroin, 1st degree theft, and unlawful possession of a firearm. Not just his criminal arrest record, but the fact that he is in the US illegally is actually a crime as well. But Patty Murray can’t be bothered with facts. Democrat narratives are her game play. Please, Washington, vote her out of office.
