Svengoolie has launched the Svengoolie® 2025 Trading Card Series, featuring over 100 unique cards available for purchase starting December 11, 2025, at Svengoolie.com.
The trading cards include original designs, trivia, historical images from Svengoolie shows and events, and special features like portraits of the Sven Squad and comic art.
Rich Koz, who has portrayed Svengoolie since 1979, expressed pride in the new collection, which celebrates the show’s long history and fan community.

Svengoolie, the long-running host of MeTV‘s Svengoolie Classic Horror & Sci-Fi Movie has released the Svengoolie® 2025 Trading Card Series, a line of over 100 unique trading cards available on December 11, 2025 at Svengoolie.com.

Fans can order a Blaster Box containing three packs of 10 cards — each of them full of original designs, trivia, and unique historical images from Svengoolie shows, live events, and even an archival photo shoot.

“I’m very proud about what we have in the cards for you! Portrait pictures of the entire Sven Squad, comic art, looks back at my history, and special surprises,” said Rich Koz, who has been performing as Svengoolie in 1979. “All that’s missing for card collectors is the stale bubble gum!”

After decades on the air in the great Chicago area, Svengoolie’s Saturday night presentation of classic horror and sci-fi movies expanded to MeTV in 2011. Koz originally played a character named Son of Svengoolie, who was the offspring of the original Svengoolie, played by Jerry G. Bishop; Koz took on the role of Svengoolie himself beginning in 1994.
