'It’s a love story‚ you a**hole': Actor Nick Offerman praises gay storyline in 'Last of Us' show over 'homophobic hate'

Popular actor Nick Offerman praised his "Last of Us" show's gay storyline during an award acceptance speech‚ saying that he had been subject to "homophobic hate" for his role on the program.Offerman‚ who gained notoriety from the show "Parks and Recreation‚" was accepting an award for best supporting performance in a new scripted series at the 2024 Independent Spirit Awards when he made the remarks.Offerman has played the character Bill in the post-apocalyptic zombie show‚ a gay survivalist. The side character received an episode focused on his gay relationship‚ despite it being of relatively minimal focus in the video game the show is derived from."Thanks to HBO for having the guts to participate in this storytelling tradition that is truly independent‚" Offerman's speech began. "Stories with guts that when homophobic hate comes my way and says‚ ‘Why did you have to make it a gay story?’ We say‚ ‘Because you ask questions like that. It’s not a gay story; it’s a love story‚ you asshole!” he added. The actor also claimed that he has received homophobic hate for his role in 2023‚ and responded similarly to what appeared to be a religious statement‚ in a since-deleted post on X."Buddy‚ your brand of ignorance and hate is exactly why we make stories like this‚" the 53-year-old replied.Game writer Neil Druckmann had previously stated that Offerman's character was left vague in terms of his sexuality until the voice actor took it in a specifically gay direction."We have a character who's gay‚ but it was the actor that made that decision‚" Druckmann told the International Business Times in 2013. "I left it vague on purpose so the actor could interpret it‚ and when we did the the table read‚ they were like‚ yeah‚ this character's gay‚ and we went in and changed some scenes to reflect that."The game and show are focused on a young girl named Ellie who goes missing in the frightening zombie landscape. For the TV show‚ the character is played by Bella Ramsay‚ an actress who describes herself as "non-binary.""This is what bothers me more than pronouns: being called a ‘young woman’ or a ‘powerful young woman’‚ ‘young lady‚’ but I'm just not [that]‚" she told GQ in 2023.While the magazine referred to her as "she‚" her IMDb page refers to the actress using "their" pronouns. The actress also admitted to wearing a chest binder during filming‚ a garment that attempts to flatten breast tissue. Ramsay said it helped prevent feelings of gender dysphoria an alleged 90% of the time she wore it.She also said it helped her get into character — despite the character being a woman — "which probably isn’t healthy‚ like please bind safely‚" she added.Like Blaze News? NBC News tries to defend Hunter Biden over laptop scandal with ancient narrative — but there's a major problem

NBC News is launching a full-throated defense of Hunter Biden‚ unearthing an old narrative and claiming its adherents are "vindicated." After the New York Post dropped the Hunter Biden laptop bombshell a few weeks before the 2020 presidential election‚ dozens of intelligence professionals tried to connect the laptop to a Russian disinformation campaign. For a while‚ the narrative proved useful‚ and Joe Biden even used it during a debate to shut down Donald Trump. But it wasn't true‚ which the top U.S. intelligence official confirmed at the time. Now‚ more than three years later‚ NBC News is trying to vindicate Hunter Biden by suggesting the career intelligence officials were not wrong after all. On Saturday‚ the outlet published a story titled‚ "Former U.S. spies warned in 2020 that the Hunter Biden scandal had Russian fingerprints. They feel vindicated now." The story includes interviews with several of the intel officials‚ who essentially claim victory. "It validates exactly what we were warning about‚" said Marc Polymeropoulos‚ a CIA veteran who signed the letter. John Sipher‚ another CIA veteran and letter signatory‚ boasted‚ "The recent revelations show that we were prescient." NBC News' thesis is based upon claims that special counsel David Weiss lodged against Alexander Smirnov‚ a former FBI confidential human source who is facing charges for allegedly lying to the FBI. In court documents last week‚ Weiss claimed that Smirnov had "extensive" contact with high-level Russian intelligence officials. Despite Weiss only making the claim — and not providing hard evidence in court‚ which would be unusual because information about Russian intelligence is normally highly classified — NBC is claiming the intelligence officials are "vindicated" because of what Smirnov is accused of lying about: He allegedly told the FBI that Ukrainian energy company Burisma paid then-Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden $5 million each in 2015 and/or 2016. The network's framing aside‚ the report still admitted there is no connection between the laptop and Russian disinformation."No public evidence has emerged pointing to a Russian government role in how the laptop materials were made public‚" NBC News reported.Even more important: Weiss himself has acknowledged the laptop in court documents and its content as legitimate evidence against Hunter Biden. In a court filing last month‚ Weiss explained:In August 2019‚ IRS and FBI investigators obtained a search warrant for tax violations for the defendant’s Apple iCloud account. In response to that warrant‚ in September 2019‚ Apple produced backups of data from various of the defendant’s electronic devices that he had backed up to his iCloud account. Investigators also later came into possession of the defendant’s Apple MacBook Pro‚ which he had left at a computer store. A search warrant was also obtained for his laptop and the results of the search were largely duplicative of information investigators had already obtained from Apple. These facts — the lack of evidence connecting the laptop to Russian intelligence and Weiss' own acknowledge of the laptop — are why the intelligence officials "should feel zero vindication‚" a spokesperson for the House Judiciary Committee said."The Hunter Biden laptop was always real and always authenticated. They knew‚ or should have known‚ that and they still ran with their verifiably bogus letter. The people who signed the letter should feel zero vindication‚" spokesman Russell Dye told NBC News. Professional bowler arrested in the middle of the US Open on child porn charges

A professional bowler was arrested in the middle of one of the biggest competitions of the year‚ the 2024 U.S. Open‚ and the charges he currently faces relate to child sexual abuse material.Earlier this month‚ Brandon Novak‚ a 35-year-old bowler who has been competing on the professional circuit for nearly a decade‚ was in the middle of his second game at the U.S. Open at Royal Pin Woodland in Indianapolis when members of the U.S. Marshals came in and placed him in handcuffs. Though the arrest was not captured on video‚ a brief clip of the broadcast of the event‚ shared on YouTube by 11thframe‚ seems to show the moment the arrest occurred as various bowlers continuously turn their attention toward a distraction elsewhere in the bowling alley. Virtually nothing to see‚ but here's when Brandon Novak was arrested at 2024 U S Open www.youtube.com Despite his early exit from the tournament‚ Novak still finished in 36th place‚ good enough for $1‚500 in winnings. For now‚ that money seems to be the only bright spot for Novak‚ who has since been slapped with 15 charges: five counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and 10 charges of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material. He has since been extradited from Indianapolis to his home state of Ohio. The investigation into Novak began in Chillicothe‚ Ohio‚ a year ago‚ when police received a tip that his Facebook account had been linked to online child pornography. Chillicothe cops then executed a search warrant at his residence.Reports say that during an interview‚ Novak initially acknowledged to investigators that he had purchased explicit material from someone on Snapchat but that he did not know the material contained images of a minor. He then reportedly changed his story and admitted that he had purchased the child sexual abuse material deliberately and then tried to cover his tracks.Last Thursday‚ Novak was booked into the Ross County jail‚ where he remains in custody. He is scheduled to appear in court for a pretrial hearing on March 21.Like Blaze News? Bypass the censors‚ sign up for our newsletters‚ and get stories like this direct to your inbox. Sign up here!

Oklahoma expected to abolish state grocery tax

Oklahoma Republican Governor Kevin Stitt is expected to sign a new bill into law that would eliminate the state's grocery tax‚ KOCO reported. On Thursday‚ the state senate voted 42-2 to pass House Bill 1955‚ which could save Oklahoma residents up to $400 per year‚ according to Senate Pro Tem Greg Treat. He stated that the "common sense" legislation would save residents an average of five and a half times more than a 0.25% tax cut."I think the relief would come late August‚ which is a quicker relief and a more substantial relief than any other proposal that's been put forth in this body‚" Treat noted. "Some choose to look at this annual impact of $418 million as revenue loss‚ and that's fine. We need to make sure we're good stewards of taxpayer dollars‚ but I ask you to look at it as a $418 million increase in what Oklahomans keep in their pocket to be able to provide groceries for their families."According to the United States Census Bureau‚ the average Oklahoma resident spends $300 per month on groceries‚ KOCO reported. A family of four‚ who spends approximately $1‚200 per month or $14‚400 per year on food‚ could save $648 yearly under the new legislation.House Speaker Charles McCall (R) applauded the bill's passage."With the passage of House Bill 1955‚ the Legislature has managed to give Oklahomans the largest single-year tax cut in state history‚ returning $411 million to our citizens at a time when they need it the most‚" McCall said.Republican state Senator Roger Thompson spoke out against the bill‚ calling it a "political move" that will prevent local governments from bringing sales tax increases to a vote until at least June 2025‚ KOCO reported."I've made the statement that it looks better on a bumper sticker and a campaign card then it does in the state budget‚" Thompson explained. "Because of our history and because of the needs of this state‚ and because there is a preemptive clause in this that even prohibits my towns‚ who are struggling‚ that they cannot pass a sales tax for a year."With the bill's passage‚ it heads to the governor's desk‚ where he is expected to sign it into law.In a Thursday statement‚ Stitt said‚ "Today‚ we get to fulfill a promise to all four million Oklahomans and pass the largest single year tax cut in Oklahoma history. Cutting the grocery tax means relief for all Oklahomans."The governor thanked McCall‚ Treat‚ the state's house‚ and the Senate for "fighting for tax cuts.""I'm going to always fight for limited government and lower taxes‚ and I will still advocate to get us on path to zero income tax. This is a victory I'm excited to celebrate‚" Stitt added.Like Blaze News? Bypass the censors‚ sign up for our newsletters‚ and get stories like this direct to your inbox. Sign up here!

Black man ridiculed for educating kids on how to respectfully interact with cops

24-year-old King Randall is a breath of fresh air in a world where race politics dominate discourse. Founder of the Life Preparatory School for Boys in Albany‚ Georgia‚ Randall's mission is to “teach boys the true meaning of manhood and to be protectors and providers for their communities.” Jason Whitlock is a huge fan of Randall and calls him “one of the most impressive young people we have in the country.” Unfortunately‚ not everyone shares Jason’s sentiments. Randall has repeatedly been subjected to ridicule for being “a white supremacist” who furthers anti-black stereotypes. Randall's most recent controversy sparked when he dared to teach his students “how to engage with the police in a respectful manner.” Jason plays a video of Randall demonstrating to a group of students how to behave when pulled over by a cop. Having your license and registration ready to go when the officer approaches the car‚ keeping your hands visible‚ and not being disrespectful were the main topics Randall covered in the video. However‚ this was enough to ignite outrage on X. “He’s teaching them to bow to authority‚” one X user commented. “I would rather teach the kids to kill before being killed. I rather teach the kids to get a jump on the police before they get a jump on you‚” another posted. “You can get in a lot of trouble over social media for giving black men good advice‚” sighs Jason. “We got people saying‚ ‘Well‚ they're still going to get killed by the police anyways‚’ and they were saying that my way was going to teach them to get killed‚” Randall tells Jason‚ noting that these suggestions are ridiculous considering there were “20 million traffic stops in 2023” but only “32 unarmed black people killed.” “186 people were killed by airplanes last year in 2023‚ but there were 16.3 million flights‚” he continues. “We don't hear anybody saying‚ ‘Oh well we should stop flying on airplanes because you're going to die.”’ “The point was never to say that nothing bad could happen or that there aren't any bad cops. …The point is to teach respect‚ to teach manners‚ and to try and get home safe‚” Randall explains‚ adding that if rights were violated in a traffic stop‚ the time to address that is “not on the side of the road but when we get to court.” To hear more of the conversation and learn how to support the good work Randall is doing in his community‚ watch the clip below. Investors optimistic about Milei's ability to bring Argentina back from the brink

Investors optimistic about Milei's ability to bring Argentina back from the brink

In the early 20th century‚ Argentina was one of the world's richest nations. After six major military coups and decades of reckless spending‚ the nation was reduced to a shambles such that when libertarian economist Javier Milei replaced outgoing leftist President Alberto Fernandez on Dec. 10‚ 2023‚ inflation was set to reach 211%; 45% of the population was impoverished; and Argentina owed $44 billion to the International Monetary Fund. The South American country's problems have not gone away — inflation‚ for instance‚ reportedly reached a 12-month rate of 254.2% in January and poverty now affects nearly 60% of the populace — but investors have begun expressing newfound optimism about Argentina's future. "It seems the market is starting to believe‚" financial analyst Mariano Sardans of FDI Argentina told Reuters. This belief is fueled in part by the apparent efficacy of Milei's shock measures and his committment to seeing them through. Within hours of taking power‚ the self-proclaimed "anarcho-capitalist" took his metaphoric "chainsaw" to half of Argentina's government ministries; his government allowed for its peso currency to devalue by 50%; and his economy minister Luis Caputo revealed Argentina would be cutting spending by 3% of GDP. Extra to cutting government spending and making strides toward dollarizing the currency‚ Milei's government has purchased over $5 billion in dollars to build up their reserves and issued "Bopreal" bonds to tackle import debts. In discussions with the IMF over Argentina's debt‚ the Milei government has also advocated pursuing even tougher fiscal measures than those deemed reasonable by the international body. "The market is becoming very optimistic about Javier Milei's conviction‚" Javier Casabal‚ a fixed income strategist at Adcap Grup Financiero in Buenos Aires‚ told Reuters. "It's a real shift worth celebrating‚ given that most investors did not have confidence in his ability to reduce the deficit just a few weeks ago. If anything‚ perhaps he's going overboard in some ways." Milei's follow-through on his austerity scheme has pushed Argentina's risk index to a two-year low and driven some bonds to four-year highs. However‚ to succeed in his turnaround of the Argentine economy‚ Milei will likely have to overcome street opposition‚ provincial protests‚ and legislative setbacks. Milei's economic reform bill was‚ for instance‚ thwarted in the nation's Congress earlier this month‚ preventing Milei from privatizing various state entities‚ reworking myriad regulations‚ and reducing state subsidies outright. Reuters reported that the oil-rich province Chubut recently threatened to cut off the nation's energy supply because the Milei government withheld roughly $16 million to pay down some of Chubut's outstanding federal debt. Extra to the caltrops laid before his austerity agenda by lawmakers and provincial leaders‚ leftist groups have worked to further paralyze the country. Late last month‚ the General Confederation of Labor‚ Argentina's largest trade union‚ organized a 12-hour general strike to voice anger at the country's rescue from oblivion. Like Blaze News? Former NFL QB Cam Newton — who stands 6'5

Former NFL QB Cam Newton — who stands 6'5" — easily handles thugs who attack him at football camp; NFL icons blast assailants

In 2015‚ ESPN ran a story on then-Carolina Panthers signal-caller Cam Newton‚ noting that he's bigger than most defenders trying to sack or tackle him. "Standing 6-foot-5 and weighing 245 pounds‚ there aren’t many quarterbacks who are as physically imposing as Cam Newton‚" the piece began‚ adding that he's actually taller than 90% of the defenders in the league and outweighs just over half of them. Fast forward to this weekend when multiple males actually jumped Newton at a football camp in Atlanta. It isn't clear what strategy these fellas devised‚ if any. Given Newton is only 34 years old and last competed against NFL players only a few seasons ago‚ one can safely assume the sane among us wouldn't mess with someone of his still-sturdy stature. But mess with Newton they did — at least they tried. Yup‚ the former number-one draft pick and All-Pro handled his attackers with ease‚ fending off their swatting‚ swarming‚ and shoving. Here's a clip of the action. Newton's the noticeably taller dude wearing the fancy hat — which never came off despite the whirlwind of activity the shorties around him doled out. Content warning: language: — (@) What are the details? According to the Athletic‚ the Sunday scuffle occurred during a 7-on-7 football event for under-15 and under-18 players‚ and Newton is the founder of C1N‚ a program that participated in the event. The outlet said individuals involved with TopShelf Performance — a wide receiver training facility in Atlanta that also had youth teams at the event — approached Newton at the top of a set of steps. The Athletic said Newton was grabbed‚ and the fight was on. A source with knowledge of elite 7-on-7 football told the outlet two men seen fighting with Newton were both coaches for TopShelf Performance and formerly coached with Newton. The clip shows the pair converging on him — after which‚ Newton quickly gains control and manhandles one of them across a grassy area. Police and security guards broke up the fight‚ the Athletic said. A co-founder of the group that sponsored the event told the outlet that all those involved in the fight — even Newton — were kicked out‚ and that TopShelf beat C1N in a “heated game” Saturday with a lot of trash talk between the under-18 teams and tensions boiled over Sunday. The Athletic added that Newton’s representatives didn't immediately respond to messages Sunday evening‚ and the Atlanta Police Department declined to provide information. Former NFL stars speak out A number of former NFL players weren't short on words about the altercation‚ and they appeared to defend Newton while blasting his attackers. Hall of Famer Shannon Sharpe and All-Pro receiver Chad Johnson sounded off during their “Nightcap” podcast‚ the New York Post said. “Y’all think that’s cute [to tell Newton he’s trash]. It’s not‚” Sharpe according to the Post. “It’s really embarrassing that somebody takes time out of their day… and try to give back and you’re disrespectful‚ ungrateful. Cam is way better than me because I don’t have patience for my own kids disrespecting me. I’ll be damned if I’m going to let somebody else’s kid disrespect me.” Johnson added‚ “Knowing Cam like I do…. he’s not going to allow this to bother him. When you have someone like Cam Newton giving players an opportunity to display themselves at these 7-on-7 camps‚ you’re supposed to be taking advantage of these situations. Many times I’ve seen players‚ coaches‚ and parents disrespect Cam Newton at these camps‚" the paper said. Former NFL quarterback Robert Griffin III added that Newton is "used to being a one-man army‚ so you are delulu if you thought some guys jumping him was gonna phase him. Hat didn’t even move‚" the Post said. Griffin added‚ "In all seriousness‚ I HATE seeing this. Cam Newton nor anyone should ever be disrespected in this way. How can we rise‚ do better for our communities‚ and change the narrative when we are attacking each other like this?" the paper noted. Cam Newton is Deion Sanders lite

Cam Newton is not a leader. Never has been. Talent‚ the greatest resource in sports‚ powers performance. It undermines virtually everything else‚ most especially leadership. Talent cuts corners. It ignores details. It limits humility. It seeks attention and credit. Talent blinds. It’s like a woman with perfect skin‚ large breasts‚ and curvy hips. Talent intoxicates the beholder and its worshippers. Respect is a two-way street. Cam Newton doesn’t respect the position he holds in the sports world. No one in football has ever had more talent than Cam Newton. He had Hall of Fame talent as a quarterback‚ a receiver‚ tight end‚ left tackle‚ defensive end‚ outside linebacker‚ inside linebacker‚ and safety. Newton will never make it to the Pro Football Hall of Fame because he chose to play the one position that requires a modicum of leadership ability. The same shortcoming will curtail his success as a football coach. Coaches must be leaders. It’s not enough to have passion for the game and an affinity for helping kids. Coaches must lead. Cam cannot do that. On Sunday‚ while overseeing his 7-on-7 football team‚ Newton was involved in a brawl with two coaches from an opposing team and several others. Based on the video footage we’ve seen thus far‚ Cam appears to be defending himself from an unprovoked attack. Social media immediately jumped to Cam’s defense. I’m not going to do that. I’m not surprised two opposing coaches who previously worked with Newton attacked the former NFL star. Cam has the persona of a diva wide receiver. He loves to talk trash to the opposition‚ including kids. Two years ago‚ a viral video captured Cam going back and forth with teenagers who were heckling him. Anyone who watched the video from two years ago shouldn’t be surprised that things have escalated. When a coach‚ even a multimillionaire coach‚ exudes an in-your-face attitude‚ it should come as no surprise that someone got in Cam’s face. He invites it. Respect is a two-way street. Cam doesn’t respect the position he holds in the sports world. He never has. He wanted to reinvent the quarterback position and what leadership at that position looks like. It worked until the moment it quit working. It quit working long before Newton’s talent diminished. At 34‚ he’s out of the game prematurely. He’s reinventing himself as a podcaster and 7-on-7 coach. Podcasting fits Cam’s personality. He knows how to draw attention to himself. He’s clueless about being a coach. Coaches don’t talk trash to opponents. Coaches lead with humility and stoicism. They’re unflappable. On Saturday‚ the day before the brawl‚ Cam’s 7-on-7 team lost to Top Shelf Performance in a game that the event organizer‚ Nehemiah Mitchell‚ described as heated and filled with trash talk. Two Top Shelf coaches attacked Newton on Sunday. Maybe Newton was trying to share Bible verses when the coaches approached him? Or maybe Newton had descended into the verbal mud with two men envious of his wealth and status? What we know for sure is that Newton rejects the burden of presenting himself like a traditional leader. He’s part of the new fad in coaching‚ a model that centers the outsized personality of a former superstar athlete. Newton is Deion Sanders Lite. The same people who worship Coach Prime spent much of Sunday defending and celebrating Cam Newton. The worshippers went so far as to blame “kids” for not properly respecting Newton. Never mind that two other football coaches attacked Newton first. It’s easy to blame the kids. The real blame falls at the feet of grown men who place themselves in leadership positions while still behaving like children. Deion got away with it and turned the disaster of “Prime Prep” into being the face of college football. At this rate‚ Cam is five years from being named Auburn’s head coach.

This Dr. Phil warning should make everyone’s ears perk up

Most agree that technology has harmed society in more ways than one. However‚ many of those same people are probably unaware of just how severe the damage is. Dave Rubin invites Dr. Phil on the show to discuss what the statistics tell us about our hyper-digital world. And it’s not a pretty picture. “Look‚ I'm glad there's technology‚ but we’ve got to start using it rather than abusing it‚” says Dr. Phil. False information on the Internet‚ AI and deep fakes‚ cyberbullying‚ and sextortion (although those are certainly not the extent of the issues) have left society‚ especially the younger generations‚ in shambles. It led to an epidemic that's calling our very souls into question. “When I say the soul of America‚ I'm talking about the real core of what defines this country — the core values that we don't think about every day but that are at the center of what defines America — the morality‚ the north star that drives us in the direction that we've been driven for 250 years‚” he explains. “I saw a study the other day that said most young people … have less than one good friend. They’ve got tens of thousands of likes and clicks and followers‚ but they have less than one good friend on average‚ and that's what I mean by the soul of America. What's made us a great‚ shining example on the hill that everybody wants to come be part of is eroding because we're not interacting anymore; we're not embracing those values anymore.” To hear more of Dr. Phil’s take on “the soul of America” and what he calls “the tyranny of the fringe‚” watch the clip below. 'Don't look that up': Shane Gillis uses forbidden words in 'Saturday Night Live' return as woke culture loses its grip

Comedian Shane Gillis made his triumphant return to "Saturday Night Live‚" marking a victory for the comic who was once fired from the iconic sketch comedy show.Gillis‚ who was fired from SNL in 2019‚ returned to the live comedy show and pushed the envelope with a politically-incorrect monologue that would have been seemingly unusable in recent years without a public apology. The stand-up comedian started his night by begging viewers and audience members not to look up the reason why he was fired from the network show."Most of you probably have no idea who I am. I was fired from this show a while ago. But... don’t look that up. Please. If you don’t know who I am‚ please don’t Google that. It’s fine. Don’t even worry about it‚" he joked. It wasn't long‚ however‚ before Gillis pushed the same boundaries that got him axed. Gillis reflected on his family and joked about how little boys are often their mother's best friend when they are young."Do you remember that? When you were a little boy and you loved your mom and thought she was the coolest-- you remember when you were gay? You remember when you were just a gay little boy?"Gillis also told jokes about how he has many people with Down syndrome in his family. He then used the word "retarded" in a joke about how it would be a great moment for the country if three black children defended his young niece (who has Down syndrome) after she was insulted by a white child. Comedian Shane Gillis goes on SNL after getting fired from the show in 2019 for "racist and homophobic jokes" and then says "gay"‚ "ret*rd" and "cracker" in his opening monologue.

Comedy is back. — (@) "I hope I can say those words on TV‚" Gillis continued. "It's really well lit in here and I can see you guys not enjoying it‚" he added after some awkward moments. Apart from some of the SNL band members during the monologue‚ Gillis' jokes were actually very well received. The Pennsylvania native has enjoyed success since SNL dropped him just four days after his hiring over allegedly racist jokes. Gillis ruffled feathers after he made fun of Chinese food and imitated a Chinese accent on a podcast. He has since produced very popular sketches for his YouTube channel‚ appeared on a variety of top-performing podcasts (including Joe Rogan's)‚ and even landed himself a partnership deal with Bud Light.Other sketches during Gillis' return to SNL featured a commercial with a gun-toting‚ insurance agent ostrich‚ as well as a performance as his ultra-popular alter ego Donald Trump. The sketch had Gillis in a fake movie trailer that poked fun at Trump's recent release of exclusive sneakers. After showing him performing poorly at basketball‚ Gillis puts on the sneakers and begins to embody the former president. The sneakers do not improve his basketball skills however. Rather‚ they improve his ability to force people into believing what he says. NEW: Comedian Shane Gillis hosted SNL last night and performed a skit featuring Donald Trump’s new sneakers.

The end of the skit featured ‘Air Bidens’ which makes people fall over when they wear them.

In 2019‚ Gillis was fired from Saturday Night Live because of his “racist and… — (@) With "Saturday Night Live" and NBC acquiescing to Gillis' style of comedy‚ woke entertainment has taken another beating at the hands of viewers who want to be the ones who decide what is appropriate for consumption. While some outlets called his jokes a "giant miss" or claimed that he bombed‚ cries of comedic bigotry have become less prevalent and easier to ignore. In fact‚ it is clear that those who are willing to say the unspoken words or have the forbidden conversations are enjoying more success.Whether its Tony Hinchcliffe's uncensored‚ live comedy podcast "Kill Tony" which enjoys over one million views per episode‚ or Bill Maher's "Club Random‚" simply exchanging unfiltered thoughts has become a very popular — and often lucrative — non-partisan medium. the band behind shane gillis not laughing at all makes this hilarious opening monologue even funnier — (@) Like Blaze News?
