My humble view, since you didn't ask? ? Well...

The leaders behind the paid-for from out of town agitators who went to Kenosha to rally locals to riot communicated to them to stand-down knowing it would, this time (after what's been happening in the Virginia elections, hemorrhaging of moderate Dems of ALL kinds to the GOP, poll numbers tanking across the board for the party, MSM losing ratings, etc)...NOT...look good at all, even on the MSM, and especially to voters, if they rioted and burned the city.

Had conditions, all those things mentioned above, been in their favor, they would've gone ahead and "burned that mutha down".

That's my opinion on why the expected leftist rioting did NOT happen.
