BREAKING: Prosecutors DROP Multiple Allegations Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs

Well, here’s a shocking turn of events… Prosecutors are now dropping several major claims against Sean “Diddy” Combs as part of his ongoing sex trafficking trial. This comes just one day before closing arguments are set to begin. Here’s the latest development in the case: Diddy will walk Prosecutors are dropping multiple charges before the jury even gets the case “attempted kidnapping, attempted arson and aiding and abetting sex trafficking will not be pursued” pic.twitter.com/Xwn6dUlJNr — Phil Holloway (@PhilHollowayEsq) June 25, 2025 BREAKING NEWS: Diddy will be walking free according to several lawyers observing the Diddy party trial after attempted k*dnapping, attempted arson, and abetting s*x traffi*king charges just got dropped by prosecutors. “If Diddy is released it could possibly lead to the… pic.twitter.com/6ZFMjMPJVF — Dom Lucre | Breaker of Narratives (@dom_lucre) June 25, 2025 Fox News has more details on which allegations are being abandoned: Sean “Diddy” Combs’ prosecutors indicated they are not pursuing several allegations against the rapper that pertain to the racketeering charge just days before closing arguments are set to begin. The government indicated in a letter to the judge filed Tuesday, and obtained by Fox News Digital, that the theories of attempted kidnapping, attempted arson and aiding and abetting sex trafficking will not be pursued. “The Government understands the Court’s desire for streamlined instructions. With that in mind, the Government has suggested ways to streamline those instructions,” the letter read. “Specifically, the Government has removed instructions from the charge relating to (i) attempted kidnapping under both California and New York law, (ii) attempted arson under California law, and (iii) aiding and abetting sex trafficking. The Government is no longer planning to proceed on these theories of liability so instructions are no longer necessary.” Now, this doesn’t mean that Diddy is free. To clarify, he is still facing charges of sex trafficking, among other very serious charges. But now, prosecutors say they decided not to pursue certain charges in order to “streamline” the process for the jury. “There are no charges being dropped,” the West Coast Trial Lawyers co-founder said. “The prosecution’s legal theories are essentially the same. The government is no longer pursuing the attempted kidnapping and attempted arson as predicate acts for racketeering. But they can still argue that the completed kidnapping of [Cassie] Ventura and [Capricorn] Clark and completed arson of Kid Cudi’s vehicle are RICO acts. The same applies to the sex trafficking counts. The government is arguing that Combs sex trafficked the victims, not that he aided and abetted others to do so. They’re simplifying the charges for the jury. This doesn’t really change anything.” Grok clarified: The charges against Sean Combs that remain active are one count of racketeering conspiracy, two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. Reports indicate attempted kidnapping, attempted arson, and aiding and abetting sex trafficking were dropped. The trial is ongoing, with no verdict as of June 25, 2025. USA Today explained further: That doesn’t necessarily mean Combs is in the clear on all related allegations. The indictment he faces accused him not just of attempting arson and kidnapping, but also of committing arson and kidnapping outright, as part of a criminal conspiracy. Combs also still faces multiple charges related to sex trafficking. Prosecutors said they were dropping the charges in light of the judge’s desire “to streamline” the instructions he will give to jurors after closing arguments. However, this all sounds very technical and very suspicious. It has a lot of people wondering if it’s being rigged to let him walk free… Not saying it is: we’re just presenting the facts. You decide that for yourself. But, we are saying that something definitely seems a little fishy here… Polymarket now predicts that there’s only a 46% chance Diddy will be found guilty in the case: BREAKING: Prosecutors drop most serious charges against Diddy. Only 46% chance he’s found guilty. Diddy do it? — Polymarket (@Polymarket) June 25, 2025 Keep in mind that Jim Comey’s daughter Maureen is one of the prosecutors on the case. Coincidentally, she also handled Jeffrey Epstein’s case and oversaw Ghislaine Maxwell’s trial. Another prediction comes true.
