BREAKING: Supreme Court Hands President Trump BIG WIN, Allows Deportation of Illegals to South Sudan
The Supreme Court has just given President Trump the green-light to deport eight violent criminal illegal aliens to South Sudan.
In May, Biden-appointed U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy blocked the deportation of these illegals. Since then, they’ve been held at a naval base in Djibouti.
Since the base doesn’t have a detention center, these violent illegals have been held in a conference room built out of a shipping container.
ICE agents have been forced to live on-base in 100-degree weather in risky conditions with limited lighting and sleeping quarters.
Thankfully, today SCOTUS overturned that ruling, allowing the deportation to move forward.

All of the illegals being deported to South Sudan have been convicted of violent crimes, including murder and sex offenses.
Take a look:
Here’s a breakdown of their offenses:
Only one is originally from South Sudan.
The New York Post has more details:
The Trump administration contends the men committed crimes so “monstrous and barbaric” that no other country would take them.
The migrants include a sex offender from Myanmar and a convicted murderer from Laos — and others from Cuba and Vietnam.
Liberal Justices Sonia Sotomayor and Ketanji Brown Jackson dissented, but Elana Kagan joined the majority in siding with the Trump administration.
The ruling follows the high court’s 6-3 decision last month to allow the Trump administration to resume deporting migrants to countries other than their home nation — so-called “third countries” — with limited notice.
The eight foreign nationals have been detained at a US military base in Djibouti since May, when a federal judge appointed by former President Joe Biden blocked the Trump administration from sending the men to South Sudan.
AG Pam Bondi had this to say in response to the SCOTUS ruling:
Yet another rogue district court judge has been rebuked by the Supreme Court thanks to the tireless work of dedicated DOJ attorneys. @POTUS will continue to exercise his full authority to remove killers and violent criminal illegal aliens from our country.https://t.co/xiTzJN6vw4

Notably, last month, the Supreme Court ruled in favor of allowing the Trump administration to deport illegals to countries other than their countries of origin.
More on that from CBS News:
The Supreme Court’s original order last month was a significant legal victory for President Trump and his mass deportation campaign. As part of that effort, administration officials have sought to convince countries around the globe, including in far-flung parts of Africa, to accept deportees who are not their citizens. Several countries — including El Salvador, Costa Rica, Panama and Kosovo — have already agreed to host migrants from other nations who have been deported from the U.S.
What do you think?
Do you support deporting illegal criminals to third-world countries like South Sudan?
