The Uluru Statement from the Heart is a proposal by First Nations Australians for constitutional and structural reforms to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It calls for a First Nations Voice to Parliament enshrined in the Constitution and the establishment of a Makarrata Commission for treaty-making and truth-telling. So this was what led to the divisive 'The Voice' referendum!!' Which fortunately lost however the State Govts are now independently pushing for their own 'Voice' BS...
