Many of Joe Biden’s pardons and executive orders could be overturned, very soon. The House Oversight Committee is planning to gather evidence about Joe Biden’s cognitive decline that could void pardons and orders signed with his infamous autopen. Comer also gave an interview to Just the News, in which he claimed that while it’s debatable whether or not it’s legal for a president to use an autopen on official orders, it’s entirely illegal for the President of the United States to have no idea about what’s being signed using his autopen. He said that the House Oversight Committee’s ongoing investigation into the autopen scandal “could be used as evidence in trying to overturn some of those pardons and some of the executive orders.” President Trump has given Rep.
