In the hours to come, Swifities everywhere were beginning to post Easter eggs she dropped years before this record’s announcement. With fans reeling and wondering what this album could hold, a few leaks were also shared online regarding The Life Of A Showgirl.  Per Yahoo!, the tracklist has been leaked and features a song with her close friend, Sabrina Carpenter. While some fans love the leaks, wanting to know as much as possible before the album becomes available, other fans were not too happy about it. But happy or not about the leaks, you still don’t talk about them online as a Swiftie. A new Taylor Swift fan, but a newly diehard one, Brianna Chickenfry found solace in the pop star’s music after her breakup with Zach Bryan, but she ticked off a few Swifties after insinuating that Taylor’s team is the one dropping these leaks. In a TikTok posted on Tuesday, which has since been deleted, Brianna discussed the leaks, and although it’s unclear what she was referencing about them, she was met with criticism from other Swifties for discussing it online. Swifties were quick to fill the comments, noting that true Swifties do not seek out leaked information and accept the record as it is when it is released. I agree with this theory for the most part. It’s like looking up a setlist before going to a concert… However, Brianna Chickenfry then made the Swiftie fanbase even angrier when she accused Taylor Swift’s of being responsible for the leaks, and her basis for knowing that? Replies quickly racked up on the screenshot of this TikTok video, many fans calling her out for comparing Zach Bryan to Taylor Swift. They were slamming her and, in turn, slamming Zach Bryan, noting that he has to leak information to keep fans entertained, whereas Swift maintains a strong fan base with or without leaked album information.
