RFK Jr. To Dopey Senator: “You’re not understanding how the world works!”
Meet Senator Ben Ray Luján.
Honestly, we only have 100 Senators so you’d think we’d know them all, but I’ve never heard of this guy until he made a complete fool out of himself today.
And maybe that was the point…trying to get some publicity at any cost.
This goes right up there on the totem pole of stupid right next to MadMaxine Waters saying she was going to get to the bottom of that whole “Bitcom” thing (meaning Bitcoin).
This guy apparently wants to give MadMax a run for her money for dumbest member of Congress because he kept asking RFK Jr. if he would disclose the protocols of his Autism study after they’ve already been public for a long time.
Watch here:
Oh my God, This guy is such a dipshit…
Q: Will you give us the protocols used in your upcoming Autism Study?
RFK: It will be made public
Q: Will you give it to us by the end of the week?
RFK : That’s not how it works. You don’t even know what you’re talking about. You’re not… https://t.co/elo2oEM5a8 pic.twitter.com/uLMG6o1nzo

TRANSCRIPT:
Mr. Secretary, will you commit to sharing the protocols used for the autism study with Congress and to the public?
Th- they’re public. W- will you commit to giving it to this committee by the end of the week?
No, not—because—
Will you commit to giving—
That’s not the way it works.
Will you commit—
You don’t even know what you’re talking about.
Mr. Secretary, will you commit to sharing the protocols for the study by the end of the month?
We already have put out—
You just said it’s public. But you—
We put out the notice of funding opportunities, and then the scientists from all over the world—
You’re not understanding me.
No, you’re not understanding how the world works. Let me say clearly again.
Do you understand what the protocols are?
Senator—
Do you understand what they are?
The scientists who are doing the studies—
Yes.
Submit the protocol.
Okay. So you know what they are. That’s not coming from us.
So will you commit to sharing those protocols with this committee?
Well, anybody can get ahold of the protocol. It’s published with the study.
Mr. Chairman, what I’d like to ask is for your commitment here.
I’ll send a letter to the Secretary. I’ll ask for support from the leadership of this committee to ask for those protocols.
Good.
If those protocols are not given to this committee—
Anybody can get the protocols.
Mr. Secretary, I’m not talking to you.
Mr. Chairman, what I’m asking—
If the protocols are public, we can work with you to get access to them.
What I’m asking, Mr. Chairman, is that if those protocols are not given to this committee, I’m asking for your agreement that we follow through with a subpoena to get them.
No, I will not agree to subpoena anything. Let’s see what happens.
But, but Mr. Chairman, you’ll help me get them if they’re available publicly?
Yes.
I appreciate that, Mr. Chairman.
This guy is the Chairman?
He has no business being the Chairman of his local HOA let alone anything of this nature.
What a fool!
