I’m sure by now you’ve seen the horrific reports of the young Ukrainian women stabbed to death in the neck. Where did this happen? Ukraine? Russia? Uganda? Haiti? No, North Carolina, USA. In case you missed it, here was our original report: BREAKING: Young Woman Senselessly St*bbed In The Neck On North Carolina Train (WARNING: Graphic) In that original report, the surveillance video cuts out and does not show the actual moment of the stabbing, nor does it show the immediate aftermath, it cuts to the sick attacker in another part of the train changing out of his blood-soaked shirt. Now we have the missing video which still does not show the exact moment of the stabbing but shows the immediate aftermath. And it's horrific. She appears to clearly be in shock, just sitting there holding her head until she bleeds out and loses consciousness. And no one else on the train even bothers to help! They're like NPC zombies, unclear if they are actual human beings or not! When a page documenting the brutal and senseless killing of Iryna Karutska was published to Wikipedia, it was immediately flagged and marked for deletion.
