BREAKING: Fani Willis LOSES BIG, Permanently Disqualified from Prosecuting Trump RICO Case!

In a gigantic win for President Trump, Fulton County DA Fani Wilis has just been permanently disqualified from prosecuting her sham RICO case against him and his allies! The Georgia Supreme Court finally kicked her off the case today by denying her appeal, ruling — once and for all — that she and her office can no longer prosecute the bogus election interference case. President Trump made the huge announcement on Truth Social: BREAKING NEWS! In a Big WIN for Justice and Law in Georgia, the Georgia Supreme Court just ruled that District Attorney Fani Willis and her “team” of Weaponized Prosecutors are DISQUALIFIED, once and for all, from the Fake Witch Hunt against me, and many other Great American Patriots, people that were treated so unfairly, and indeed, viciously. Willis and her lover, Nathan Wade, who she hired even though he was completely unqualified and had never prosecuted such a case before, blatantly lied, under oath, about their torrid “love” affair, the ridiculous amounts of money she paid him, their Caribbean vacations together, her clear Campaign Finance violations, unlawfully taking money from the honest Taxpayers of Georgia, and, most importantly, about their obsession with doing anything and everything they can to “GET TRUMP,” which included destroying the lives of many other people. Just like the purely political, lawless, and dismissed Witch Hunts brought through the Biden White House by Deranged Jack Smith, and others, this Unconstitutional Georgia Hoax, together with the remaining Shams in New York, should now be dead for good. The Prosecutorial Weaponization of DONALD J. TRUMP had no limits. They went after their Political Opponent at levels never seen before, and LOST. They are now CRIMINALS who will hopefully pay serious consequences for their illegal actions. Our Country was dead a year ago, in large part because of the illegal Weaponization of the American Justice System by the Radical Left Democrats. As we end illegal Political Lawfare, the U.S.A. is BACK now, bigger and better than ever before. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! President DJT Jeff Clark, another target in Fani Willis’ witchhunt against President Trump and his allies, also announced: I’m pleased to announce that Fani Willis has now been permanently disqualified from prosecuting the indictment that she brought against President Trump, me, and many others. The Georgia Supreme Court denied cert to Fani Willis, who was attempting to get that Court to take her case, so that she could try to get un-disqualified after the Georgia Court of Appeals threw her off the case. The case now moves to the Prosecuting Attorneys Council of Georgia. They will decide on a replacement for Willis. Praise the Lord for progress in this case. It never should have been brought in the first place. The Georgia Court of Appeals originally ruled in December to remove Fani Willis and her team from the case over her affair with special prosecutor Nathan Wade. However, she filed an appeal, which was just denied today. Fox News has more: The Georgia Court of Appeals in December ruled that Willis and her office could not continue to prosecute the case, citing an “appearance of impropriety” stemming from her romantic relationship with special prosecutor Nathan Wade. Willis appealed to the Georgia Supreme Court in January, but on Tuesday the high court declined in a 4-3 decision to take up the case. One judge didn’t participate and another was disqualified. Steve Sadow, Trump’s attorney in the Georgia case, welcomed the decision. “Willis’ misconduct during the investigation and prosecution of President Trump was egregious and she deserved nothing less than disqualification,” Sadow said in a statement. “This proper decision should bring an end to the wrongful political, lawfare persecutions of the president.” Jeff Clarke, a former Justice Department official who is one of 19 defendants indicted under the state’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act, said the case now moves to the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia, which will choose a replacement. “Praise the Lord for progress in this case. It never should have been brought in the first place,” he said. Willis said she disagreed with the decision but would make the case file and evidence available to the Prosecuting Attorneys Council for use in the litigation. “While I disagree with the decision of the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court’s divided decision not to review it, I respect the legal process and the courts,” Willis said, per Fox Atlanta. This is great news. However, the case hasn’t been completely thrown out — yet. Now, a new prosecutor will be appointed and they will decide on whether or not to drop it (as they should) or press forward. The New York Times noted: The 4-3 ruling means that the criminal case — once considered one of the most serious legal threats to Mr. Trump after he sought to overturn his 2020 election loss — will not move forward anytime soon, if ever. The Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia, a state entity, will now decide whether to reassign the case, and to whom. The executive director of the council, Pete Skandalakis, is a Republican. A new prosecutor could decide to press on with the case — now against a sitting president — drop it or bring a modified version. If charges remain against Mr. Trump, he would most likely not face trial until after his term ends in 2029. But if a new prosecutor wanted to proceed with the case against some or all of the 14 other defendants, they could be tried sooner.
