“POV: Adam Sandler Just Casually Shows Up In Front Of Your House”

Adam Sandler is a huge name in Hollywood. The beloved star has a career dating back to 1987, when he was a guest on The Cosby Show. During that period, he was also a writer on the obscure TV series, Remote Control. By the time Adam Sandler filmed Happy Gilmore in 1996, he was practically a household name. His movie and voice credits are too numerous to list. He is staying busy, currently doing stand-up appearances and working on his newest movie, Roommates. Throughout his entire career, one thing that sets him apart from many stars is his down-to-earth personality. He’s a huge star, but he acts like the goofy guy next door in public. When he appeared in Andrea Acosta‘s neighborhood, her husband did a little fanboying. @andrea_acostaa A DREAM COME TRUE for my Adam Sandler loving husband!!! #adamsandler #fyp ♬ Wouldn’t It Be Nice (From “50 First Dates”) – Soundtrack Wonder Band With admonishments to be cool and not get crazy about it, he quickly grabbed a Crewe jersey. The jersey is a relic from Adam Sandler’s character in The Longest Yard from 2005. He played the character Paul Crewe and was a favorite of many. Andrea’s husband went downstairs and out front with his Crewe jersey and patiently waited for Adam Sandler to return to his vehicle. He remained behind his front fence, allowing the star personal space. It paid off. As Adam returned to his SUV, he held up the easily recognizable jersey and called out the star’s name. The two met in the middle, where Adam Sandler signed the jersey and posed for a picture. There was some idle chit-chat, and a ton of smiles from both men. What a moment! Please share.
