JUST IN: Federal Judge AGAIN Blocks President Trump From Sending National Guard to Portland
Trump-appointed federal Judge Karin Immergut has just blocked President Trump from deploying troops to Portland for the second time!
After Judge Immergut ruled to stop President Trump from sending in the Oregon National Guard to Portland, he sidestepped the ruling by deploying the California National Guard instead.
Gov. Gavin Newsom was big-time mad about that and sued the Trump administration:
BREAKING: We’re suing Donald Trump.
His deployment of the California National Guard to Oregon isn’t about crime.
It’s about power.
He is using our military as political pawns to build up his own ego.
It’s appalling. It’s un-American.
And it must stop. pic.twitter.com/jdIMGz8hDP

Now, Judge Immergut has sided with Gov. Newsom!
In a late night ruling yesterday, she issued another temporary restraining order that puts the California National Guard deployment on pause, as well.

The federal government cannot deploy national guard troops to Portland from California—or anywhere else—a federal judge ruled Sunday night, capping a week of legal tug-of-war between Oregon leaders and President Donald Trump and his administration.
At the heart of the case is one block in South Portland, surrounding the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility.
Over the past week, Mayor Wilson has been in lockstep with Oregon Gov. Tina Kotek and Oregon Attorney General Dan Rayfield, who led the legal action. The trio hosted press conferences together as national interest escalated.

BREAKING: We just won in court — again.
A federal judge BLOCKED Donald Trump’s unlawful attempt to DEPLOY 300 OF OUR NATIONAL GUARD TROOPS TO PORTLAND.
The court granted our request for a Temporary Restraining Order — HALTING ANY FEDERALIZATION, RELOCATION, OR DEPLOYMENT of ANY GUARD MEMBERS TO OREGON FROM ANY STATE.
Trump’s abuse of power won’t stand.
Not only does this new ruling block President Trump from sending in the California or Oregon National Guard, but it bars him from deploying troops from any state.
In her ruling, Judge Immergut once again suggested that President Trump was violating the Constitution by trying to deploy National Guard troops to save Portland.
Fox News has more details:
A federal judge blocked President Donald Trump’s efforts to deploy National Guard troops into Portland in a late-night decision on Sunday.
U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut ruled the action was unlawful and unconstitutional, issuing an emergency temporary restraining order to halt the deployment of California’s National Guard. The order also bars the use of troops from any other state or Washington, D.C. in Oregon.
Immergut’s ruling says that the Trump administration’s action violates federal statute 10 U.S.C. §12406 and the Tenth Amendment.
“It appears to violate both 10 U.S.C. §12406 and the Tenth Amendment,” Immergut said during the proceeding, according to reporting from Adam Klasfeld of AllRise News.
Immergut also pressed Justice Department attorney Eric Hamilton on why the DOJ continued to pursue troop movements.
“How could bringing in federalized National Guard from California not be in direct contravention of the TRO that I issued yesterday?” she asked.
“You’re an officer of the court. Aren’t defendants circumventing my order?”
Judge Immergut was also angry at the Trump administration for sidestepping her previous bogus order.
Per Axios:
Immergut said at the emergency hearing she was “troubled by the direct contravention” of her earlier order, per the Oregonian.
“It is not appropriate to bring federalized military into Oregon at this time,” she said, according to multiple reports.
Immergut extended the case’s second temporary restraining order for 14 days
Judge Immergut has set the next court hearing for October 29th.
But, we may not have to wait that long to see big action taken against the Antifa terrorists taking over Portland…
There’s the magic word again
Trump says that “insurrectionists” are burning Portland to the ground.
This is not an accident. Trump and his administration are beginning to use this word frequently for a reason.
The Insurrection Act is coming.
