President Trump Is Set To Attend Senator Lindsey Graham’s Re-election Fundraiser
This is a disappointing development to many Trump supporters.
Senator Lindsey Graham’s campaign has revealed President Trump is set to attend a re-election campaign fundraiser for the South Carolina senator next month.
The fundraiser event will be a golfing tournament which will be called the “Trump-Graham Classic”.
The Hill had more details to share on Trump’s future attendance of the vent:
President Trump is set to support Sen. Lindsey Graham’s (R-S.C.) reelection bid at a fundraiser and golf tournament next month, Graham’s campaign confirmed to The Hill.
In addition to supporting the senator’s reelection bid, the event, which is being dubbed the “Trump-Graham Classic,” will also support the Republican National Committee’s reelection efforts and a Trump leadership PAC.
Politico was the first outlet to report on the fundraising push, which will mark Trump’s first official campaign appearance of the 2026 midterm election cycle.
Trump formally endorsed Graham’s reelection in a Truth Social post earlier this year.
“Lindsey has been a wonderful friend to me, and has always been there when I needed him,” Trump wrote in March. “Senator Lindsey Graham has my Complete and Total Endorsement for Re-Election — HE WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN. Everyone in South Carolina should help Lindsey have a BIG WIN next year!”

Politico reported Graham’s campaign already has over $14 million cash on hand:
Trump is focused on ensuring that Republicans retain control of both the House and Senate for the final two years of his term. He is eager to avoid a repeat of the 2018 midterm wipeout that would again give Democrats subpoena and impeachment power.
He has so far withheld his endorsement in competitive Republican Senate primaries in Texas and Georgia. In appearing alongside Graham, the president is rewarding a political ally who is not facing a competitive primary or a competitive general election race.
Following a haul of $1.7 million in the third quarter, Graham’s cash on hand total sits at $14.5 million.
