HGTV stars Heather Rae El Moussa and Tarek recently celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary. They’ve been busy in that short time with both careers and family. Heather and Tarek share a son, Tristan, and also co-parent Tarek’s children, Taylor and Brayden, with ex-wife Christina Haack. She continued her post with a direct message to Tarek. “To my honey. We’ve had such a full life together already. Life can be hard, marriage can be hard. And I do know there will be ups and there will be downs but it is also so beautiful to be in this life with you as my partner. I love you and I’m so excited to keep growing and learning together to be the best versions of ourselves.
