Pumpkin Bread recipe. 1 pt of home canned pumpkin drained 2 eggs 1 cup of sugar half brown/half white 1 tsp of cinnamon 1 tsp of fresh ground nutmeg 1/4 cup melted butter 1 tsp baking soda 2 tsp of baking powder 1 tsp salt 1/2-3/4 cup sour milk 2 cups of all purpose flour 1 tsp of vanilla extract Drain the pumpkin and mash. Add sugar and wet ingredients and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix into a batter. Put in a greased bread loaf pan & bake at 350F for 60-70 minutes. When cool frost with cream cheese topping Cream cheese topping recipe 1 tbsp of vanilla extract 1 8oz package of cream cheese frosting softened 2 tbsp of butter softened 1-1 1/4 cup of powder sugar Mix and use as frosting.
