Confidential company files from booming security firm MA Services outline its strategy of encouraging AFL clubs across Australia to give the firm cleaning and security contracts in return for sponsorship, in what industry sources described as irregular and a potential corruption risk. Concerns about MA Services’ conduct has also led to divisions inside AFL headquarters as the company bids on a multimillion-dollar tender from the AFL-owned Marvel Stadium, five sources with knowledge of the confidential process said.
