White Castle is Expanding its Menu for a Limited Time

White Castle sliders, often referred to as belly bombers, have been a staple for more than 100 years. The nation’s first fast-food restaurant chain began in Wichita, Kansas in 1921. It now has more than 300 locations in the Midwest and Northeast. To know Whities is to love it. The square patties, grilled onions, and pickles are what some consider a true delicacy. Like many fast-food hotspots, White Castle occasionally introduces new menu items in different regions. If you’re in Cincinnati, Louisville, and New Jersey, your time has come, friends. Pretzel Nibblers are soft and chewy snacks, lightly salted and perfect for dipping in cheese sauce. “At White Castle, we love giving our Cravers a seat at the table when it comes to what’s the next star limited-time-offer on our menu,” Jamie Richardson, vice president at White Castle shared in a news release. “We’ve always believed that the best ideas come from those who know the Crave best — our customers. These new test items bring big, bold flavor in bite-sized form, and we can’t wait to see if Cravers in the three markets decide if they will earn a place on our menu.” If you’re not in the three chosen test markets, don’t fret. White Castle has plenty of other delicious menu items to try, and Craver Nation Rewards members can earn free food just by using the app. This story’s featured image is by Don and Melinda Crawford/UCG/Universal Images Group via Getty Images.
