Lip Reader Reveals What Tyler Robinson Said During First Court Appearance

Accused Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson made his first in-person court appearance on Thursday. He was seen smiling and laughing with his attorney before the hearing began, though we couldn’t hear what they were talking about. Full scoop on that here: WATCH: Tyler Robinson Seen Smirking And Laughing In Court Now, The New York Post has published an analysis from a lip reading expert claiming to reveal what Tyler Robinson said during that exchange with his lawyer. According to this lip reader, Robinson apparently said he thinks about the shooting every day and mentioned Erika Kirk. Watch the analysis here for yourself: LIP READER: Charlie Kirk’s alleged assassin, Tyler Robinson, laughing and smiling in the Utah courtroom Thursday: “I think about that sh00ting daily. Every morning… all the time.” ⁰“So, he had a wife… *Laughs*” “Just smoking a lot… not sleeping at night… it’s driving me… pic.twitter.com/qEanABSOTp — RedWave Press (@RedWave_Press) December 12, 2025 The New York Post summed up the lip reading analysis: “I think about the shooting daily,” Robinson, who’s been behind bars since his arrest days after the assassination, appears to tell his lawyer in an off-mic moment before the hearing began, according to an analysis by Lip Reader Limited. “Every morning … all the time,” he continues. He then appears to mention Kirk’s widow, Erika, who was left with the couple’s two small children, in the unsettling exchange. “So, he had a wife…,” the lip reader caught at one point. During another part of the exchange, he appears to talk about himself, saying he’s been “smoking a lot … Not sleeping at night … it’s driving me mental.” “Unfortunately, it’s doing my head in. I’m not good for anything,” he adds, according to the analysis. Wow. Well, if the lip reading analysis is correct, it looks like Tyler Robinson just admitted to the crime right there in court. It's almost too convenient, don't you think?.. And, definitely, not a very smart move. To be honest, watching that clip myself, I'm not convinced that the words he was allegedly saying matched his mouth or his facial expressions. But, of course, I'm not a lip reading expert. Still, a lot of other folks are also skeptical on this analysis: I doubt the veracity of this, that Tyler Robinson said such things to his attorney (with whom he would have already talked of such things, behind the scenes, if at all) - this is pure guesswork based on lip-reading & not a very good effort imo. — IMorticia (@MissStixy) December 12, 2025 I’m sorry but this is bizarre. Be careful with this…. Lip reading isn’t always accurate. Not saying it’s not true but it’s not sitting right. We know he killed Charlie. — GT SD Jack’s (@realredsd) December 12, 2025 I'm not a lip reader but this seems like the most retarded lip reading I have ever seen. Almost none of it looks like it matches. And his facial expressions are comoletely off too. Just trying to get courtroom cameras banned with this bs are we? — Cheeseburger (@CBread04) December 12, 2025 What do you think?
