Keith Urban Spreads Christmas Cheer with Special Visit to Children’s Hospital
With Christmas just days away, Keith Urban wanted to spread some holiday cheer for children staying in a Nashville hospital. The 58-year-old country star stopped in to Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt and spent some time visiting with patients and their families. Keith has been a long-time supporter of the hospital, and he and Nicole Kidman regularly donated during their marriage.
Keith donated several guitars to help make patients’ hospital stays a bit more cheerful. According to a statement from the hospital obtained by People, the guitars “provide emotional support, pain and anxiety management, developmental goals, coping, and overall well-being to children and families.”
