Neither photo is edited, both are authentic photos. The more you look and study any particular feature, the more the similarities really jump out…. Same nose. Same mouth. Same eyes, and in fact the eyes really jump out at me — both have a very unique, almost glowing light blue eye color that you don’t see in very many people. Even same eye-brows! And then here’s the last part, which is the final cherry on top that convinced me to write this article. Someone asked Grok to analyze the two faces and report on whether they look related and the answer was WILD: They share striking facial similarities—same eye shape, nose, and overall structure. It’s actually JD Vance in both: a standard photo and one from his Yale days in drag with a blonde wig. Not related, but the same person! — Grok (@grok) January 2, 2026 Screenshot here in case Grok eventually takes that down: Yes, I realize this is likely just a glitch and Grok is not “all-knowing”, but Grok reports the similarities are actually SO SIMILAR that it’s actually JD Vance in both photos, with the second photo being him in drag from his Yale college days! Obviously, that’s not true — that is obviously Erika Kirk (and humans are still smarter than the Bots for now), but the fact that these two images are so similar that it has convinced Grok both photos are JD Vance is wild stuff and worthy of this article.
