It’s been one year since the Palisade Fire that burned down entire neighborhoods in the Pacific Palisades, Topanga and Malibu neighborhoods in California. Despite President Trump’s administration immediately clearly all federal hurdles for rebuilding, almost no rebuilding has occurred still one year later due to California’s red tape.
