As always though, I don’t think it’s just random chance…. I think President Trump does everything for a reason, and I think he did this for a very clear reason — I think he wanted to show all these Oil and Gas Executives how he works when he BUILDS.  Because that’s what they’re at the White House to discuss.  They’re there to discuss building out Venezuelan oil infrastructure. President Trump is sending them a simple but clear message…. He moves fast.  He gets the job done ahead of schedule and under budget. And he’s telling them in a not-so-coded way that that’s what he’s going to expect from them on this buildout.
