Biker gang member gets 6 years in assault cases
BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A member of Sons of Hell Motorcycle Club — which takes orders from the Hells Angels — was sentenced Thursday to six years in prison on two felony assault cases, prosecutors said.
Joshua Vaughn, 38, pleaded no contest to charges filed in both cases.
In one, Vaughn and the entire Bakersfield chapter of the Hells Angels were arrested in June 2024 and charged with robbery, assault with a gun, false imprisonment of an elder or dependent adult and gang participation.
