Of course, there are plenty of adults who love to get out and play in the snow just like kids. When these big storms hit major metropolitan areas, you can rest assured parks will fill with cold-weather-loving folks ready to slide, sled, and roll in the snow. New York City got quite a bit of snow this past weekend, and none other than Olympic gold medalist Shaun White showed up to have a little fun with the locals on a Sunday snow day.

Shaun White Did Some Incredible Tricks for the Crowd During the Epic Snow Day
Of course, as soon as people realized champion snowboarder Shaun White hit the hills, the crowds formed. Many took pics and videos of the 39-year-old playing like a kid in Central Park. A snow day is a lot of fun, but having Shaun White along makes it one that no one will ever forget.
Good Morning America shared a video of Shaun at Central Park on Instagram, and his fans fell in love all over again.
“How cool that would have been to see him,” someone wrote.
“He is more than just an Olympic snowboarder! He is probably the most famous snow sportsman ever,” another person added.
Shaun White enjoying the snow day is one of the reasons people love the big city. You truly never know what you might see.
“I love New York. It has been so long since we have had snow. Everyone is celebrating. We haven’t had real snow for 5 years,” a fan shared.
