President Trump Updates His Outlook On Reaching Heaven

For the third time in just a handful of months, President Trump has again commented on his likelihood of getting into Heaven. And you just have to love this guy! I want to make clear upfront just as President Trump makes clear in the video, that he’s mostly just having some fun with these comments. And you have to admit, they are hilarious! Yes, I know there is a deeper theological analysis we can get into on this, and I will mention that later below in this article, but for right now let’s just acknowledge that he’s having a little fun and being funny. But I especially found his very last comment to actually be pretty telling and pretty cutting when it comes to how outsiders view those inside the Church.  At the very end, he says he’s done a hell of a lot of good for “perfect people”. What a statement! You gotta love President Trump, somehow bringing up both Heaven and Hell all in one 60 second clip, but that last comment says way more than you might think at first listen. What he’s essentially speaking to are all the self-righteous religious people often (very wrongly) looking down on everyone else and acting like they think they’re “perfect people”. If there’s one thing President Trump is extremely good at is sizing people up and quickly seeing what they’re all about. It’s why he’s so good at giving people nicknames — because he tends to zero in on some core truth about a person very quickly and very accurately and then he condenses that down to a nickname. Anyway, that’s what stood out to me. Now watch for yourself — and remember, he’s having a little fun here: JUST IN — PRESIDENT TRUMP: “I talked about how I will never make it to Heaven. I was trying to be funny…no. I PROBABLY should make it.” “I’m not a perfect candidate — but I did a hell of a lot of good for perfect people!” He is the best pic.twitter.com/8WaKGo8FVc — Eric Daugherty (@EricLDaugh) February 5, 2026 As I said, I fully recognize these comments are said in playful fun, but I also believe that he does seem to be thinking about this more often and it is seeping out into his comments.  I do think that’s real. RELATED REPORT: President Trump AGAIN Says “I don’t think there’s anything that’s gonna get me in heaven!” At 80 years old, it seems President Trump is starting to think about life, the afterlife and his mortality a bit more…. And I don’t know why he keeps saying this, but sadly he keeps saying he doesn’t think there’s anything that he can do that would get him into heaven. He says perhaps flying on Airforce One (like he was doing when he made those comments) is the closest thing he will get to Heaven. Oh how sad! Watch/listen here: TRANSCRIPT: We talked a couple of weeks ago. You were doing an interview, and you talked about how you hoped to end the war in Ukraine because it might help you get into heaven. How does this help? Does this help? I mean, you know, I’m being a little cute. I don’t think there’s anything that’s gonna get me in heaven, okay? I really don’t. I think, I think I’m not maybe heaven-bound. I may be in heaven right now as we fly in Air Force One. I’m not sure I’m gonna be able to make heaven. But I’ve made life a lot better for a lot of people. And, you know, as an example, had the election of 2020 not been rigged, you would have millions of people living just in Russia, Ukraine alone. That would’ve never happened, and it didn’t happen for— And I knew Putin. Backup here if needed: NOW – Trump: “I don’t think there’s anything going to get me in heaven, ok, I really don’t… I think, I’m not, maybe heaven bound… I’m not sure I’m going to be able to make heaven, but I’ve made life a lot better, for a lot of people.” pic.twitter.com/S54DiQyxqN — Disclose.tv (@disclosetv) October 12, 2025 It’s not the first time he’s made comments like this… This was from just two weeks ago: President Trump: “I’m trying to get into Heaven…I hear I’m not doing well.” President Trump had a pretty incredible moment this morning when he called into Fox and Friends… The entire call was great as always, but there was one moment that really took me and many other people by surprise. While speaking about the Ukraine war, he suddenly started talking about his motivation for peace, saying this stunning statement: “If I can save 7,000 people per week from being killed – I want to get to heaven, if possible; I’m hearing I’m not doing well…If I can get to heaven, this will be a reason.” We all know Trump likes to have fun and exaggerate and entertain, but I don’t think this was just exaggerated for entertainment…. I think it’s on his mind, strongly right now. And that’s pretty incredible to realize. The most powerful man in the world at age 79 reveals he’s spending a lot of time thinking about how to get into Heaven…and then he follows it up by saying he thinks he’s not going to make it. WOW! Watch here: Wow. President Trump tells Fox News he hopes his efforts to end wars will bring him closer to Heaven. This is powerful. Watch: “I just want to end it. If i can save seven thousand people a week from getting killed, that’s pretty good. I want to get to heaven if possible. I’m… pic.twitter.com/jcrQy4ixtT — Benny Johnson (@bennyjohnson) August 19, 2025 TRANSCRIPT HERE: I just want to end it. I want to end it. You know, we’re not losing American lives. We’re not losing American soldiers. We’re losing Russian and Ukrainian, mostly soldiers, some people as missiles hit wrong spots or get lobbed into cities like Kiev and towns. But, uh, you know, if I can save 7,000 people a week from being killed, I think that’s a pretty— I want to try and get to heaven if possible. I’m hearing I’m not doing well. I hear I’m really— at the bottom of the totem pole. But if I can get to heaven, this will be one of the reasons. Well, I think I saved a lot of lives with India and Pakistan. They were going at it. The planes were being shot down. That was gonna be, maybe, a nuclear war if I let that go. And I did that through trade. I was— Backup video here if needed: President Trump: “I want to try and get to heaven…I’m hearing I’m not doing well.” pic.twitter.com/UNm5wAFUmW — Noah Christopher (@DailyNoahNews) August 19, 2025 And since I have this platform with 5+ million monthly readers, and even more so since I know President Trump often reads this website (that has been confirmed numerous times in the past), I can’t just end the article there. I have to end it here with this Gospel message for President Trump and anyone else reading this: Someone tell Trump that his works are not what will get him to heaven. He needs to trust in the completed work of Jesus Christ. It’s by the grace gift of the blood of Christ that we all have the opportunity of eternal salvation. But by all means keep making peace. — GiveMeLiberty (@ru23052) August 19, 2025 If you’re more of a visual learner, check out this short clip from Pastor Louie Giglio: And this longer one here too: Please share!
