In an act of pure courage, the Iranian women’s soccer (or football as it’s known in other countries) team protested the Islamic regime during their Asian Cup opener. The team refused to sing the Islamic Republic anthem before the game, and their head coach could be seen smiling as they stood in defiant silence. But, as you may have guessed, they royally ticked off the Islamic regime. The regime quickly labeled the women as “unforgivable war-time traitors” and promised them severe punishment upon their return. While in Australia, the team was seen making SOS signs from their bus as other Iranians tried to block off the bus. This all started when they refused to sign the national anthem in their first game which prompted the regime to go on national TV the very next day and promise a “sever punishment” once they return, calling them “unforgivable wartime traitors” Iranians quickly rushed to close the road and stop the bus from departing but the Australian security guards stepped in and forced us not to intervene. Despite the threats these women are facing, Australia was going to send them back to Iran, anyways! Leave it to President Trump to step in and make sure these courageous women don’t get killed for their actions… Today, President Trump called on Australia to do the right thing and protect these women. If they don’t, then President Trump offered to grant them asylum in America.
