Corrine Bailey Rae recently visited the Kaufman Music Center’s Special Music School in New York City to talk with some students. The children at Kaufman Music Center’s Special Music School certainly did their school and the singer/songwriter proud. “You’re gonna find yourself somewhere, somehow. We’re still beaming (and crying!) from @corinnebaileyrae’s visit to Special Music School last week where our high school student band performed her hit song “Put Your Records On” with the help of the entire K-8 student body!,” the school shared. The comment section loved seeing these kids use their musical gifts. “This is why music and education is so important. I’m so glad everyone in that room was able to experience this,” someone wrote. “It’s so important to be celebrated. Thank you for your gifts Corinne Bailey Rae,” another person agreed.
