Ingredients 3 spring onions 2 Tablespoons of butter 1 Cup frozen peas 1 Cup frozen, shelled edamame beans 1/4 Cup chicken stock or vegetable stock 1 teaspoon sugar 1 medium cos lettuce A handful of fresh basil leaves Directions 1.
