The Feb. 27 disappearance of a retired Air Force major general with a vast institutional knowledge about UFOs is a “grave national security crisis,” says investigative journalist Ross Coulthart. William Neil McCasland, 68, was reported missing after leaving his Albuquerque, N.M., home on foot, according to local authorities, who have teamed up with the FBI to find the former military official.
